At Peace Collective, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that all sale items and charity-specific collections are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
